First Ever Baltimore Fashion’s Night Out Sept. 8!

Fashion’s Night Out started in 2009 as a New York City event to boost the fashion industry economy during the recession.

When Fashion Night Out expanded from one city to worldwide, I was waiting for the day that my hometown of Baltimore would plan one.

Thank goodness for the Baltimore Fashion Alliance because Baltimore’s first Fashion’s Night is happening on Thursday, September 8 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.  at the Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel located at 550 Light Street.

At the hotel there will be 40 of Baltimore’s best fashion designers, fashion manufacturers and more on display. Music for the party will be provided by DJ Ken Rochon from the Good Fellas of Baltimore TV show.

The Bench will make an appearance with fashion photographer Tobechi Tobechukwu. He will will do a fashion shoot with all interested attendees on the bench for 90 minutes during Fashion Night Out.

Your ten dollar donation will go towards supporting The Bench That Gives Apprenticeship.

You will have the opportunity to receive a glossy photo and the opportunity to order additional prints or high res images from Tobechi Studios. “Models” can do an individual or group photo shoot.
