As you know, I like to set goals for the year that are realistic and not random New Year’s Resolutions that I know I can’t keep.
1. START WORKING TOWARDS GETTING A LICENSE.
I’m going to give this goal from 2010 a big GO again! I really couldn’t complete the goal last year because I didn’t have a job. Therefore, I really could not pay for it. I hope to complete this goal this year because I would love to not ride a bus ever again.
2. CHANGE UP AND EXPAND MY STYLE.
I think it’s important to always play with fashion and try new things.
Being a woman, I know that it’s always a compliment when someone says you look younger than your age. However, I don’t want to look like a teenager anymore. I just want to be proud of every garment in my closet.

3. CONTINUE WORKING ON MY WRITING PORTFOLIO.
In the world of journalism, all writers must have a portfolio. It’s a way of showcasing your best writing and a way to see how your writing is improving over time.
I do want to continue looking for freelancing opportunities in fashion writing and other topics. I really want to set up my own online writing portfolio as well.
